Shipping & Returns


Orders are typically shipped same business day if ordered before 3PM. If ordered after 3PM, your order will be shipped the next business day.

$6 Flat-Rate Shipping (U.S. Only) and free over $75. Includes APO addresses.

International shipping is calculated by the weight of the order.

Store pick-up is available as an option at checkout at our store in Peoria, IL. If you choose the store pick-up option and do not pick up order order in a timely manner, you will be invoiced for applicable shipping charges.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once your order has shipped.

When ordering for a special occasion or gift, please keep in mind possible post office delays, especially during high-volume times such as holidays.



So that we can offer a large selection at amazing prices, we cannot accept returns for money back.

We can only offer STORE CREDIT (or an exchange when possible).

Returns/exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase.

Please be sure to refer to the size chart if there is one available or let us know if you have any questions on sizing before ordering if you are unsure.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping and must obtain a tracking number for reference.

Before attempting a return/exchange, contact us. If you do not contact us prior to a return/exchange, we will mark your package "Return to Sender" and we will not be responsible for any lost postage fees you incurred.

Returns & exchanges must be sent back in the original condition in which it was received with all tags attached, unwashed, no signs of wear, odor-free, and in the original packaging. There may be other instances in which a return is rejected which is up to our discretion. 

Gift cards, sale/clearance items, and items won in a giveaway are not available for returns/exchanges.
